The present GCU apply to all the services offered under the website https://ilove-nature.eu/ (hereinafter the « website« ) and exclude any other conditions. The original French-language version of the present TCU prevails over any translation.

VI. Applicable Law
The parties to these TCU agree to implement all means necessary to reach an amicable settlement of any disputes before taking a litigation to court.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, any disputes arising from the use of the website which are not resolved by the parties will be tried by the Courts in La Rochelle (17 – FRANCE) and will be subjected to the French national law.
Any reproduction uses or modification of these TCU, whether fraudulent or not, and/or without prior authorization from LEA NATURE, may result in legal pursuits by LEA NATURE against the responsible person.
